CANCELLATION POLICY

At ChristolynStyles, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please respect the time and preparation that goes into your service. Cancellations & Fees: • Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment: 25% of your scheduled service total • Same-day cancellation: 50% of your scheduled service total • No Call / No Show: 75% of your scheduled service total Clients who no call/no show will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with ChristolynStyles.
